The Triple Bay Rosewood project, part of the larger Amaala develop-ment, is an ultra-luxury resort located on the shores of the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. Designed to offer a regenerative escape, this resort inte-grates wellness and sustainability into a unique hospitality experience.It features 110 guest rooms and suites, along with 25 luxury residences,all reflecting Rosewoods "A Sense of Place" philosophy.
Our Role and Key Contributions
Volunt International served as the lead cost consultant and pre-contract quantity surveyor, overseeing complete budget verification, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, and contractor tender evaluation.
