Project Overview
The Qiddiya Coast Office Complex, spanning 21,000 square meters, was developed for the Qiddiya Development Company (QDC), the development arm of QIC. This complex is designed to accommodate proximately 150 employees engaged in the Giga project's first phase.
Our Role and Key Contributions
Our role centered on the meticulous preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
- Thorough Design & Schedule Review: Conducted detailed reviews and analyses of design drawings, specifications, and project schedules to ensure complete alignment with planned activities.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identified and resolved discrepancies across project documentation to maintain clarity and accuracy.
- Precise Quantification: Calculated exact measurements to accurately quantify required materials, labor, and resources.
- Comprehensive BoQ Development: Delivered a detailed Bill of Quantities that serves as a core roadmap for procurement, scheduling, and budgeting.
